How do I set the number of rings before the call rolls to voicemail?

It's not a set "number of rings" - it's a time frame of 30 seconds or so.  How many "rings" you hear before voicemail kicks in depends on your ringtone; how many rings your caller hears can vary, and if you have ringback tones enabled, they'll just hear the music.

Call Customer Care at 611 and ask them, they are the only ones that can reconfigure it.

Thanks, it seems that time frame cannot be modified. I would think this is a Verizon limitation, not related to the iPhone.
