Verizon Cloud

i am not able to upload my photos/music to the Verizon cloud. I am only able to upload one at a time then it deletes my picture off for the new one. And my music won't update to the cloud at all.   I have 5g for the "cloud" and it's full, I have 25g with Verizon Cloud, and would like to use it so I stop getting messages that my storage is full.

StacyJo, we want to make sure that your device is able to get backed up with much of a hassle. What kind of iPhone do you have? Have you already downloaded the Verizon Cloud application to your device? Keep us posted.

I have the iPhone 6, yes I've down loaded the app about 3 weeks ago.
