I have a major complaint about this so-called "rewards" program. I have $65 in Device dollars that I was ready to put towards a new phone. However, the trade-in offered by Verizon on my old phone is $100 less than what Apple is offering, so why would I buy the new one through Verizon? I can smell a fraud a mile away. These dollars will just sit there, never to be used, if they continue to offer such paltry trade-in offers. So disappointing!!
