Recently downloaded Verizon cloud to use with my new iPhone 6. I set it to backup my photos, videos and contacts. Photos and videos were backed up, but I get the message "it looks like
there are no contacts on your device," which obviously isn't true. Any suggestions?

With an iphone, given that Verizon cloud seems to be kind of acting up on you anyway, I would suggest backing up instead to iCloud or iTunes. iCloud can be done without a computer, but you only get 5GB free storage. If you have a PC or a Mac, I would recommend using the iTunes program instead, as there is no limit on backup size, and your backup is stored locally on your hard drive, instead of on a remote apple server.

That's odd Slfelts, but we can certainly help. I know how important it is to have your contacts backed up. Please follow the steps here http://vz.to/1wMRCQZ and keep us posted.

Agree! Verizon Cloud is not necessary on iPhone. It just takes up storage space. ICloud works fine for the same thing.
