Very poor LTE & 3G reception & very slow speeds

I'm in Auburn WA and my iPhone6Plus is unusable for data. It has been like this since I had an iPhone 5s 3 years ago. I'm under a company contract that pays a lot for (almost) unlimited data for dozens of employees. Why do we pay this much money for data when we can't even use it? I've mentioned this a few times in the past to Verizon, but nothing is ever done about it. So much for great customer service...
