Mariluz1957, sorry to hear that you are having some troubles with the device, but we certainly want to help out. Have you ensure the device software is up to date? What Version are you currently operating? You can check your software Version as well as for software updates by going into your Settings, General and About. Also, I was able to find this information within Apple's support site that will show how we can update the device http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT4623.
