I can’t imagine receiving this message when trying to update or download an app. This would be very frustrating. Help is here for you to uncover this mystery. When did this problem start to happen? When was the last time you were able to successfully enter in your Apple ID password? Are you using your own Apple ID password or sharing it with someone? Please go to this site http://apple.co/1MIIiH6. It will ask you to sign into with your Apple ID. If you have problems with signing in, then it means that it is being entered incorrectly.
