It is unlocked for any carrier that runs a network compatible with the device.

Yes, you can use it on Verizon Wireless provided it compatible with the Verizon Wireless network.

Without the exact model number of the device and the IMEI number there isn't a way to know for sure. Based on the description, it might be iffy.

GKhero72,

I'm happy to learn you're in the market to purchase a new phone. I'll be happy to help. To piggy back off what Ann154 said, we would need the model number of the device and the IMEI number to determine if it's compatible with our network. Once you receive this information, you can verify if it's compatible and activate your own device here http://vz.to/1VBWBFL Does this help? May I ask, are you having any issues with your current phone?
