Contract buy out or Edge pay off?  When did you start your agreement IF on contract?  Also, this is a customer to customer forum, no one here will have access to account information and the VZW reps that pop in and out here can discuss your account via private message, but it might be faster to call Verizon CS.

Oh my! We would be lost without you. What is causing you to feel this way? Do you currently have a contract with Verizon Wireless or are you referring to Edge agreements?
