Several of my contacts have more than one phone number. When I send a text to one of these contacts I'm not always certain which of their phone numbers I sent it to. The text message is listed under their name and not their number. How do I find out which phone number that text went to?
I don't have an iPhone, but, with Android phones, the user can select a default telephone number...Email address...and so forth for contacts that have more than one. With Android, you set the defaults by long-pressing the selected telephone number...Email...in the phone's address book.
Does the iPhone have a similar feature?
Niknatpattymac, understanding my messages is a must for me too. We are here to help. Tap on the Message> the I in the upper right corner> Tap on The Name> Mobile Recent will be listed with the last number used.
