During last 2 months, my texts fail to deliver intermittently. The progress bar goes to about 90% and then stalls. This is very intermittent issue and vz support opened ticket, never contacted me, and then closed ticket stating no issue found.
With it happening intermittently, it can be difficult to pin down a reason. Try to keep a log of some info about the texts that fail, like the number(s) texted, where you are when it happens, where the recipient is located, how much signal you have, whether yo are on wifi or cellular data, carrier of the person you are texting, type of phone you are texting to...etc. A common denominator or pattern MAY begin to emerge after several failed messages, or maybe not. But the log MAY help...
