I have owned iPad mini before getting iPad mini 4. Know how to delete apps, but cannot get them to delete on the iPad mini 4. The "x" comes up, but then cannot do anything else.
Wanda1173, we want to help you clean things up on that phone. Are you trying to delete applications that you've downloaded from the Apple Store or applications that were initially embeded on device when you activated it?
