I recently purchased an iPhone 6s. Callers are unable to hear me clearly when I speak. They say I sound muffled and broken up. I have removed all protective covers and nothing is covering the mic. I also have LTE turned off for calls. Any suggestions?
Your calls should be crystal clear, jlw552. I appreciate you taking the steps to remove any objects that may have blocked the mic. Are you aware if this occurs on every call? Can you try using the Voice Memos app on your device to record yourself speaking. After doing so, if you play it back does it sound normal?
