This happens to me 4 times out of 5 and it is driving me crazy! I spoke with Verizon customer support and even though it is a defective phone, they will just send me another 4. I have had two of these and I hate them both. I want a BETTER phone. In the meantime, can anyone tell me if this happens to them?

Check the community help forum and see if there is a fix for your issue.
FaceTime is through Apple. So I doubt verizon will be able to help.
For any iPhone still within one year from purchase I would have them look at it or warrant it out instead of verizon.
