my phone will not charge. the online help wanted me to check charging port for corrosion NO, bent port NO or wiggle, I do have to wiggle charge end to get it to charge but that no longer works, what are my options, do i need a new phone???
any suggestions here?

When the phone stops charging, we will find out the cause, bridela. We need to determine if it's the charger or the device. What is the make and model of your iPhone? Do you have another charger or iPhone, and does the charger work with the other iPhone. Has there been and recent changes to your device?
