My iPhone 5s all of sudden is on 3G all day everyday starting about less than a week ago, sometimes it'll switch to LTE for like 5 minutes. My messages send so slow & people can't hear me when I'm talking to them on the phone. Is it my phone doing this to me or is my Verizon connection? By the way I got this phone less than three months ago as a birthday present & I'm already regretting asking for it.
IT may be a SIM card problem. Take it in to Verizon or to Apple for service.
