I got a Verizon IPhone 6 plus on ebay, and I use it with my Verizon sim card, but when I went to Brazil and tried an international sim card, I found out that it does not work and it shows as invalid sim, on my wifes iPhone 6 with is a Verizon phone it works fine, but for some reason on my it does not, I call Verizon and they told me that I can not exchange the phone because I did not buy directly from Verizon, what a load of crap so what I bought on ebay, it is still a Verizon phone and I am currently a Verizon customer, now I can not use this phone for traveling, does any one knows how can I get this problem solved.

All Verizon iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Pluses are sold unlocked whether from Verizon, Apple, Best Buy etc. How sure are you this is a Verizon iPhone? It may be on a lost/stolen GSM list and thus GSM providers participating in the list will recognize the status and prevent the SIM from activating service. Your anger at Verizon I suspect is misdirected. I do not see how they are responsible if they did not put the lock on the phone, despite what the Apple store said.

This is the block I suspect you have:

IMEI Database | Technical Projects

Check your IMEI number here to see if it comes up lost/stolen:

You didn't buy the phone from Verizon. This all goes back on the Seller you bought it from on Ebay and yourself. No one else is at fault for you trying to take the cheap way out.
