RickSomo, I understand wanting to use Wi-Fi calling on your device, as it is an awesome feature. The option to do Wi-Fi calling is not currently available on the iPhone 5S. This link will help to explain more about Advanced Wi-Fi calling and the phones that have them.

It looks like Apple rolled out Wi-Fi calling to the Beta iOS 9.3 yesterday. This is only for Developers at the moment since iOS 9.3 is in testing. The good news is this is the first step in seeing it rolled out to the masses. My assumption is that is should be coming soon. If your on Wi-Fi you can all other iPhone users via FaceTime audio. I do this often at my house.

Ask Apple. They did the same thing to T-Mobile.

I am sorry that there was a misunderstanding regarding your question RickSomo. Let's see if we can provide a more detailed answer. Apple puts out the iOS 9.3 updates. According to the information that we have, the update went out only to the iPhone 6 / 6 plus and iPhone 6s / 6s plus. Please go to https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram for additional information.
