So has anyone else run into this problem.,,, I cannot connect to Spotify through my Wi-Fi on my phone. My Wi-Fi works great with all other apps all other webpages on any search engine except for Spotify. I even look up Spotify community for help and it tells me the webpage is unavailable. But this is the weird part, I go to anything Spotify, webpage or app using my mobile data and it works. I've done so much troubleshooting, is there something just wrong with my phone?.
I understand your concern Dulleya. Lets get to the bottom of this. Have you be able to connect to Spotify while connected to your WiFi before? Does it work if you're connected to a different WiFi? Have you reached out to your WiFi service provider for assistance?
