I got a Verizon iphone 6 plus which is working fine now.
If this person don't pay there bill and skips out on the 2 year contract will the iPhone be blocked on t mobile too?
I heard that it only blocks on Verizon's network?
Or will it be blocked on all usa carriers?

It would only blacklist the device on Verizon's network. They don't have the ability to affect the device usage on wifi or any other cellular network.

This indicates things are changing and may not work. Verizon will be reporting bad LTE phones to the GSMA IMEI database, a database T-mobile also participates.

Not really cool to plan to steal a phone. Not the smartest thing to announce your plans of stealing a phone on the very company's website you are going to steal from.
