Will repairing my phone abroad deactivate my Verizon WiFi Calling?

I am traveling abroad and activated WiFi calling before I left the country so that I can make domestic phone calls when connected to WiFi abroad.

But I dropped my phone and need a new screen.  Will getting it repaired abroad in any way de-activate my WiFi calling?  I cannot reactivate WiFi calling from abroad thus I can't risk losing the WiFi calling service as I don't get back to the US for 3 weeks and need the phone for business purposes while I am traveling.
