My apple watch cellular plan has been stuck on activating since I bought and paired it with my new phone, have tried chatting multiple times to fix it and the chat rep just tried to force me to upgrade my entire phone plan to fix it which has nothing to do with it not activating. I just want someone who knows how to fix this and I've seen a lot of other posts that have the same issue.
