iphone 5 camera wont work...says storage full....Verizon store said to go into iTunes and refresh phone to free of space...what the heck does that mean????
You deserve to have your phone work properly for you, lastew1. We apologize for not providing you with more details on the process that would help you with that issue. It would be best to connect your phone to your computer and transfer photos and other media from your phone to your computer to make room on your phone.
