Can someone please help me out here, I don't know what is going on and I can't get a hold of anyone from Verizon to help solve this issue

You might try doing so making sure that your wifi is off and cellular data is on. MMS has to go through cellular data instead of wifi, though it won't come out of your data bucket.

Thanks, I just tried that and it still didn't work...guess I'll have to try and speak with someone at the Verizon store

TomLaw77, you've reached the right place for help! Are you currently connected to Wi-Fi or our network? Try disabling Wi-Fi, connect to our network, and test the MMS messaging feature again. Please be advised that Cellular Data in Settings must be enabled on, as well. Keep us posted.

I did try that and it still did not work, I'm not sure what is going on? I've tried rebooting my phone and nothing seems to solve this @

TomLaw77, thank you so much for trying those steps. I would also suggest on resetting the network settings in the phone. You can do this by going into Settings, General, Reset, Reset Network Settings. Once that is done, please try to send/receive picutre messages again. You do need to re-enter in your wi-fi password once the Reset of Network Settings is complete.
