I have two iPhone 4s on my family plan and neither can send or receive calls. We can use data on text messages and apps and says we have service. Any suggestions?

do a reset. power button + home button for 15 seconds.

this did not work either. Several people in my area (putnam county, NY) have reported same issue.

yeah, I figured it might be a network issue if two of your phones were exhibiting the same issues. call in to customer care and request technical support. the more people report the outage the faster it gets addressed. 1-800-922-0204
