Activated new Iphone and can not send email. No contact list. old Iphone still works fine for email.

Getting a new phone is always so exciting. Congratulations on your new iPhone. Now, I know how vital it is to have your email back up and running. What seems to happen when you try to send email? What email address are we working with (Yahoo, Gmail, Verizon, etc)?

Thank you for your response but I was able to solve the problem with the help of Verizon’s on-line tech service.
