Why, why, why can't I identify superior customer help on Verizon's wireless webpage. This is a determent to the top people doing the great work to keep Verizon. Last night I finally got someone (Stephen) to help me with my replacement phone setup. After several other ineffectual support people, this was a breath of fresh air. I would work for two weeks free if I had a good compliment thrown my way (Mark Twain)
