Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. device swap - "we are unable to find the details in our system for this device" error

I've always been able to go on the website and swap, but this time it gave me this error. I called in #verizon #customersupport twice. First one said it worked but it did not and the second call she basically said she does not know why it is not working and to wait 2 hrs. Any idea how I can get this done? It is really frustrating.

Em2341, switching devices should never be difficult. We will be pleased to help you. Have you tried clearing Cache and Cookies or using a different web browser? This Video may come in handy.
