thanks I have my old se iphone just got the new SE  and will transfer her number from her flip to the Se get rid of the apps which she wont need and old phone numbers. Again thanks again for your help now I know what to do.

Would like this in a reverse my wifes flip phone. want to transfer her number on to my old SE I have the new SE. She wants to be able to use Whats app an Facetime

popymoose, That is awesome that your wife is wanting to get into the smartphone world.  I use Facetime all the time to speak with my 7-year old son, and I can see her interest in it.  Since you have the phone you can easily activate it to her line on My Verizon.  You can find the step by steps instructions here: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/how-to-activate-device-video/  Does this help?  SantoC_VZW

Their is one problem  when I got my new SE the authorized Verizon store could not use the sim card from the new phone for some unknown reason  which I have no answer for he took the sim card out of my old SE and put it in the new SE and everything was transferred to the new phone so my old SE has no sim card and cant do anything till I get a new sim card at the store or if Verizon sends me one I do not know.
