My daughter has forgotten her password for her iPhone 5. She did not back up her data. Is there a way Verizon can send a new password without having to factory reset and losing all?
If you are talking about the PIN code or entry code to get into the phone, no. Verizon would be the wrong people to ask, since that is all controlled by Apple. No one knows that code. It is not stored on any server and is only on the phone. When it is forgotten or locked, you must do a full erase and restore if you have a back up. Hopefully she learns to back up now.
