I have an iPhone 5se. I just got it a month ago, I can get my outlook emails, but not my gmails. It keeps saying "cannot get mail, connection to the server failed". I am not a smart phone or gmail expert, can anyone tell me who I contact about this - Verizon or Google or A;pple? So far they haven't helped.

Email is one of the most important features of the phones so lets get you connected once again jude51050. Have you been able to set it up on a previous phone? Did you recently change any email settings like passwords or security settings?
