We want to keep your callers rocking, yellow22. Is the current Ringback Tojnes feature active when che cking http://www.vzw.com/features? Is Advanced Calling/HD Voice also an active feature?

I don't believe Ring Back Tones are compatible right now with Advanced Calling 1.0 right now. This means you want to make sure you don't have that turned on if you really want to add Ring Back Tones.
Settings > Cellular > Enable LTE (if you have Voice & Data checked this means you have Advance Calling 1.0 activate aka simultaneous voice and data and it will not work with Ring Back Tones.
If you have Data Only selected do the following:
Sign into My Verizon > hover over My Plan & Services > Select Manage Products & Apps > On the Get Products tab scroll down and add the feature. Once you add it (I'm not able to as I have Advance Calling 1.0 active) you can go from there. Hope this helps!
