i cannot receive texts from one person. i can send texts to this person and receive and send them to all my other contacts. i just cannot receive from this one person. I've tried deleting the thread, deleting them as a contact, restarting my phone, updating network status and factory resetting my phone. help please
That would be most concerning. Are they able to text other numbers?
