i have a iphone 4 with verizon and my screen is frozen. It wont slide to shut down so i rebooted my iphone and the problem still occurs. ive tried connecting it to itunes and its says there is a problem. I tried charging my phone and it charges perfectly

I tried charging my phone and it charges perfectly fine. Then i opened my rear case to the phone to check for damages and everything seems fine. i been to the verizon store and they did not help. this is so frusterating !please help me

Restore wwIth itunes and set up as new with back up.

IF still fauley, either take to apple for repair, or consider a new phone.
