I just updated to iOS 9. I'm getting stuck and also having issues on web. It's very slow. Thinking about going back to iOS 8.4 if that's possible

Try uninstalling any unwanted applications, delete unwanted text message, call logs, and e-mails. These steps will improve the performance of your device. Keep us posted.
