why don't I have the option to download iOS version 10 on my iPad Mini????? HELP!!!!

If you have the original iPad Mini it isn't eligible for iOS 10. If you have the iPad Mini 2 then it should be able to download  iOS 10

I understand your eagerness for this great update. Please keep in mind they do go out in batches. If you do not have the option that means the batch you are apart of has yet to go out. There is no way for us to know what batch you are a part of either. We ask for your continued patience as it will get to you.  Did you need anything else from us?
