iPhone 4 and verizon cloud

How do I delete contacts from verizon cloud on my I phone 4. The contacts have already been deleted from the phone and are no longer in Verizon cloud on my I pad but remain in Verizon cloud on my I phone 4

I asked this same question earlier today. The advice given was to access the Verizon cloud from a PC. On the PC version there is an option to delete the contact
