My voice mail had been working on my iPhone 4s, but now it has stopped. When I get a call, the phone keeps ringing and never goes to voice mail. I tried *86. It answers, states it is transferring the call and then drops the call. When I go into voice mail on the phone, I am shown a list of past voice mails and no option to set it up again. How do I get my voice mail to work again? Thank you.

I definitely understand being concerned to see your voicemail suddenly stop working! That definitely shouldn't happen. Let's get this back to normal. Are you able to check forwarding on your account http://vz.to/1LKN1az to make sure nothing is being forwarded? When did this start?
