Just added a new iPhone 5c to my account for my son for Christmas. He put in a password for unlocking screen then he forgot it. He apparently guessed wrong too many times now the phone is disabled what do I do? On hold with Verizon over 30 minutes with no answer don't know if they are closed because of holiday.

Congrats on the new iPhone! I hope your son has been enjoying the device other than this locking issue. If the password has been forgotten, then the iPhone will need to be plugged into iTunes and restored back to factory defaults.
