My husbands iPhone 5c is not changing? Any suggestions?
Could be a problem with the charging port. Could be something as simple as the charging cable is bad and needs to be replaced. If you have a spare cord try it out. Or...it could be the actual wall charger having an issue. Hard to say without you eliminating those items before deciding it's a hardware problem.
