My iPhone 5s has black dots on the screen. Is this covered under warranty or insurance?
Depends if it is determined it was caused from manufacturing defect or damage - drop/abuse/water etc. If you are confident no damage was done, it would be a warranty issue. If there is damage, it becomes a insurance issue.
