Will not backup nor update software. I know how to apply it in the settings but it just won't do anything
IT may be a storage issue on the device and in iCloud.
please check how much storage is used on the phone and how much is avalable in iCloud.
If if you are backing up to a computer, what is happening?
Do you have a notice to update software? What happens when you try to update?
