I'm trying to understand what's happening with my (regular) voicemail. I get a message saying "sorry your account has no access to the system, please consult your system administrator" when I dial *86 and enter my PIN.
From searching through the group it looks like this problem can only be solved by calling Verizon and being on the phone with them for a while, and escalating to higher level tech support. Is that true? I'd really love it if I didn't have to spend hours on the phone trying to fix it (and running through reset everything "troubleshooting").
