I just got a new iPhone 6s. I can't play any of my videos that were transferred from my old phone to my new one but yet I can play the ones I've put on my phone after I bought it.
cbaker, video busters have arrived. What was the make and model of the old phone? What codecs are being used in the videos that were transferred and won't play?

Hi, once I set up my Apple Acct on my new phone, how do I go about retrieving my videos from my old phone that I kept stored in photos? They should be in iCloud but I don't know how to retrieve them. An agent at Verizon told me to turn off Photo Stream in Settings & then turn it back on, & when I did that, the videos were no longer there.
