When we upgrade phone, we restore back all the Verizon Message+ SQLite database files back from iClould. So far so good. The problem is, Verizon Message+ detected that the database is from the disconnected Message+ connection so, it must delete the local (iPhone) database and re-download from its cloud. The problem is, verizon cloud has 90 days of worth data only. Years of Message+ all gone.
How do we reach the Verizon Message+ developer? If they don't delete the SQLite before connecting back, life would be perfect.

We definitely want you to be able to get all of your files. Let's get to the bottom of this. Please go to "Get Help" within the actual Message+ app and choose "Report a Bug" and fill this information out for them.
