If my phone is damaged and I have insurance can I go to the Verizon store for help with a new phone?

If you have Asurion insurance you can file a claim online:

If you've cracked the screen and it seems like it's repairable, just take it to the Apple store. It's about $120 for new glass.

If you file with the insurance you would still have a minimum deductible of $100 and you'd have to send in your current device for a pre-owned one.

To add to what MiiHere has already mentioned...do know that depending on your iPhone model you may be looking at a deductible of $199.
