My iPhone 5 is using up data like crazy and it is unable to connect to any wifi networks. There will be people near me that can connect perfectly fine, but my phone will not connect. I talked to someone with technical support and they told me to update my phone to the new software update and I am unable to do that because to update your phone you need to be connected to wifi. I am wondering if anyone else is having similar problems or if anyone has any advice. Thank you.

I definitely want to make sure we get your phone connected to WiFi again right away! Making sure you have the latest software update is the first step we need to take. You don't have to be connected to WiFi! You can connect the phone to a computer with the latest verision of iTunes and process the update as well. Here's how: http://bit.ly/1seAXda
