Debbers411, Having the cloud backup is a great service, and keeping your memories safe and sound is priceless. What happened before it stopped backing up? Which cloud service is it? What is your make and model of your phone? If it is iCloud, you may need to contact Apple to make sure your account is set up correctly on the other side of the cloud.
