iPhone5s phone app isn't working.

Whomever I call can receive the call but can't hear anything on the line.

I can also receive calls but cannot hear anything on the line.

I've used Google Hangouts so I know the hardware is functioning. Voicemails are also working normally.

Lets get those calls clear as a whistle chrisdanilo! Fill us in on the details and we'll get right to work! To make sure I'm on the same page, you can hear your voicemails without any trouble? If so, are you able to hear on through the ear piece of the device and speaker? How many bars of signal  do you normally have? Does this happen on every call or intermittently?

I can hear voicemails perfectly normally through the speakerphone and ear

piece.

I am confident that my hardware is in good shape, since I've used Google

Hangouts and the mic and speaker work just fine.

I have full signal strength, and can see the LTE status at the top of my

screen.

I have also tried resetting network settings, rebooting, and calling your

test line: #832.

My phone line is critical for my business, so I need to get up and running

as quickly as possible. I currently have a product protection plan that

will replace the phone if there is any damage. I am interested in the

fasted viable option to get up to speed.

I definitely understand this is critical and we want to get to the bottom of this as well. Is there any physical or water damage at all? http://vz.to/1iJafA8 . It's odd you can hear everything else but not the calls, incoming or outgoing. Have you tried on speaker and using earbuds? If not, please test it and keep us posted. Please confirm it's not only with one specific contact as well.

I've called multiple numbers, including #832, your test call line and they

all have the same effect. Using my stock iPhone5s headphones has no effect.

These headphones (speaker-buds and mic) work perfectly well with other

applications like Siri and iTunes.

I'm confident that the hardware is also not water damaged because I can use

the speakerphone and mic with apps like Google Hangout and Viber.

Water damage is generally unlikely because I use a screen protective film

on the front and back of the device, in pair with a fitted shell that

covers all but the front of the phone.

Hi there,

I haven't heard from your team and my business is suffering because I don't

have an adequate phone.

I would prefer not to pay the deductible on the insurance plan I have for

my phone if this is something we can troubleshoot.

I recently was able to hear brief but distorted calls through the phone,

but still cannot have a clear conversation. The problem seems to be the

wireless band that uses the cellular network.

I would just take it to an Apple Store and have them look at it.

No sense waiting for a device when Apple could assist you.

It is within a year since its a 5s iPhone.
