iWatch Series 3 (+LTE) Insurance

Just purchased a Apple iWatch Series 3 Nike+ (+LTE) and since it has its own line from my iPhone X, wondering what insurance option I should choose? (I’m assuming that total mobile protection screen repair only covers smartphones?)

You have a few device protection options to selection from however, please keep in mind that the watch is not eligible for a Certified Like New Replacement and all repairs are provided by Apple.
